Nathalie Elliott – Family Law Attorney

Nathalie Elliott has recently retired after more than 25 years assisting clients with their family law needs, serving families throughout Missouri and Kansas. Her practice included matters involving divorce, paternity, modification, and abuse, and she was widely recognized as a skilled divorce mediator and collaborative divorce attorney.

After practicing business litigation for four years at a large Kansas City firm, Nathalie chose to focus exclusively on family law. Her background in business and finance, combined with her perspective as a mother, informed her thoughtful and compassionate approach, particularly in cases involving complex financial issues, children, and long-term family relationships. As a mediator and collaborative divorce attorney, Nathalie helped families resolve disputes outside of contested litigation, often achieving more cost-effective and lasting outcomes. Nathalie has been honored by her peers with recognitions including “Best of the Bar,” “Super Lawyer,” “Best Lawyers,” and the “Collegial Counselor.” Now retired, she enjoys traveling with her son, cooking, the arts, watching sporting events, and participating in philanthropic and charitable organizations.
